What happens when you come for a dialogue with Maitreyi?
I will curate a menu for you, consisting of drinks, an appetizer, a main course, a dessert, and tea/coffee.
You will also explore a multilayered flavour-building experience. Together, we will decipher various taste notes and their synchrony.
An important aspect alongside a meal is a lively conversation! We can start with tracing culinary trails in India, and the conversation might lead us to science, history, literature, or some other unexpected socio-cultural aspects!
